A2LA offers robust benefits including various options for all eligible employees and their families



Our comprehensive benefits package provides eligible employees with multiple coverage options to suit their individual and/or family needs.


Eligible employees, recieve a 5% deposit of your salary as a fixed contribution into your 403b retirement plan after 90 days of employment. After three years, A2LA will increase this contribution to 10% of your salary and you will be fully vested at that time.

Annual and Sick Leave

Additionally, A2LA provides floating holiday time which can be used at any time throughout the year. These days include
