A2LA offers robust benefits including various options for all eligible employees and their families


Retirement

Eligible employees, recieve a 5% deposit of your salary as a fixed contribution into your 403b retirement plan after 90 days of employment. After three years, A2LA will increase this contribution to 10% of your salary and you will be fully vested at that time.

Annual and Sick Leave

Eligible employees enjoy 13 to 20 annual days off per year, depending on the experience you bring to our organization. Staff also accrue 13 days of sick leave per year.

Paid time off for bereavement, jury duty, voting, and parental leave.

Holiday Leave

A2LA recognizes eight federal holidays including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving), and Christmas Day. Additionally, A2LA provides time off for Martin Luther King Day, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day, which can be used at any time throughout the year as a floating holiday.
