Registration Cost

Participants
Attendees wishing to participate in the meetings, training, and lectures should purchase participant registration. Participant registration fees vary based upon when registration takes place and whether the attendee plans to be onsite for the full weekend or a single day.

* Full pass for all sessions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
** Pass for sessions on any single day: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
*** Registration is available at the event, but includes a $25 surcharge


Guests

The registration fee for guests covers meals only. Guests will not have access to attend meetings, trainings, and lectures. Any guest wishing to attend those functions must be registered as a participant.

Cancellations

Prior to and through March 9, 2018, registration fees may be 100% refunded. From March 9 through March 15, 2018, 50% refunds of registration fees are issued. Registrants who do not attend the event or cancel after March 15, 2018 forfeit the entire registration fee.


Confidentiality

All attendees of the Technical Forum and Annual Meeting are bound by the terms of the A2LA Declaration of Confidentiality.

Declaration of Confidentiality
To attend the 2018 A2LA Technical Forum and Annual Meeting, you must agree to the following:
    
All information provided and/or received in connection with the meetings of the 2018 A2LA Technical Forum is confidential. All individuals must treat this information with utmost confidentiality. Such information shall not be released unless expressly permitted by A2LA in writing to do so.
    
Any information, discussions, and written documents generated by any A2LA Council or technical advisory committee are considered A2LA intellectual property and are confidential. Unauthorized or inappropriate disclosure of confidential information is prohibited.
    
I declare that I will not reveal confidential information gained through the 2018 A2LA Technical Forum and related meetings to anyone who does not have the right of access to such information and who has not agreed to abide by the A2LA Declaration of Confidentiality.
