Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Program - The Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program is an innovative 12-week program that provides transitioning service members and military spouses with professional training and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce. The professional development offered through the program prepares candidates for a smooth transition into meaningful civilian careers. Participating corporations benefit by gaining access to the best and brightest transitioning service members, while also developing a more comprehensive understanding of the veteran job market. Mentoring - A2LA’s onboarding and training program is tailor made to accommodate the individual needs of each employee and to ensure the transition into our organization is a seamless process. Ongoing coaching and mentoring throughout your career is also provided.
Veteran Support - Access to a variety of resources to help veteran employees. Some of these resources include a dedicated crisis line, counseling support, and a national resource directory with access to local, state and national services providing support and guidance on topics such as VA benefits, health insurance, pensions, the GI bill and much more.
